What we collect

Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number when you place an order, plus basic analytics about how the site is used.

Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To process payments, deliver orders, handle returns and answer support queries. We share your details with couriers and payment providers only as far as needed to complete your order.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Facebook shopping measurement

We use the Meta Pixel to share page visits, product views, successful cart additions and checkout starts with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and ad optimization. It can receive the page URL, IP address, browser and device information, advertising cookies, product identifiers, quantities, prices and currency. This storefront does not report completed purchases, payment information, email addresses or phone numbers through its pixel. Checkout and payment take place separately in Shopify.

This tracker only loads after you tap Accept in our cookie pop-up. When it is on, Meta may also automatically collect details you type into forms on this site, such as your name in a review, for ad matching. If you decline, nothing is shared with Meta. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing stops further sharing straight away.
